CANCEL/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES

IMPORTANT:

By placing an order you're agreeing to SolarDrop terms and conditions. Once your order is placed its considered final, you cannot cancel the order once its placed. Products ship quickly and cannot be turned around in transit. International products ship immediately to insure faster delivery times. The options after your order has been placed;

  • Store Credit/Gift Card
  • Return Item/Refund

If your order takes longer than expected we offer some solutions while you wait which may or may not consist of incentives for the wait. You may return/exchange an unused item in new condition within (3) business days of product arrival. All items must include original packaging on returns. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may cancel the items for a refund, including a 20% restocking fee to cover return shipping cost to distribution center. All items must be returned in good condition, including all originally-included pieces and parts. If you would like to cancel your order you must do so before its shipped, we cannot turn the shipment around while in transit. If you want to cancel after the order has already been shipped you must wait for the product to arrive and request a return. We provided refunds for the returned items only. Chargebacks not accepted.

All returned products without a box or with the shipping label affixed to the box will be subject to a fee.

  • Continental US customers will be responsible for return shipping only (An exchanged item shipping via freight will be subject to a return shipping cost)
  • International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways
  • Closeout item sales are final. No returns or exchanges
  • Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent
