CANCEL/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES

IMPORTANT:

You may return/exchange an unused item in new condition within (3) business days of product arrival. All items must include original packaging. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return the items for a full refund within the cancelation period, including up to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned in good condition, including all originally-included pieces and parts. If you would like to cancel your order you must do so before its shipped, we cannot turn the shipment around while in transit. If you want to cancel after the order has already been shipped you must wait for the product to arrive and request a return. We provided refunds for the returned items only. 

All returned products without a box or with the shipping label affixed to the box will be subject to a fee.

• Continental US customers will be responsible for return shipping only (An exchanged item shipping via freight will be subject to a return shipping cost)
• International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways
• Closeout item sales are final. No returns or exchanges
• Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent
